About Me
I come to coaching with a strong professional background in education and wellbeing, alongside many years of real-life experience supporting family life through challenge and change. After working in teaching and later retraining in wellbeing, I spent several years supporting others’ mental health while continuing my own professional development.
Over time, it became clear that I wanted to work in a way that aligned more closely with my values—offering meaningful support while remaining present for my family. This led me to establish my own practice, allowing me to work flexibly and sustainably while continuing to do the work I care deeply about.
I now offer calm, supportive one-to-one coaching, helping clients gain clarity, build resilience, and make changes that genuinely fit their lives. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey too.
